How quickly we reply

- Commission and quote requests: within 3 working days, usually sooner.
- Existing orders: same working day wherever we can.
Need a quote?
For custom apparel, corporate wear, mugs or bulk orders, the commission form is the fastest route — it asks for the quantity, budget and deadline up front, which means we can come back to you with a real number instead of another round of questions.
Local pickup
If you are in the Randburg, Honeydew, Roodepoort or Northgate area, you are welcome to collect rather than pay for courier delivery. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will confirm a time.
