Common Questions
For screen printing, our minimum is 24 garments per design. Digital assets and mockup packs have no minimum. Single-piece commissions may be considered at a premium rate — include this in your brief.
Yes. We accept vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) or high-resolution raster files (300dpi+). We will assess artwork for printability and may charge a preparation fee if significant rework is needed.
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL or equivalent courier. International shipping costs and customs duties are the buyer's responsibility. We will provide a quote before confirming your order.
Standard commissions take 3–5 weeks from brief approval to dispatch. Rush orders (2 weeks or under) may be accommodated at a premium. Digital asset delivery is agreed per project.
